Delcambre - A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Our Savior's Church in Abbeville for Debbie Renard Landry, age 67, who passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025 in Lafayette. Pastor Ryan Johnson of Our Savior's Church will officiate the service. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 9:00 AM until service time at Our Savior's Church in Abbeville. Debbie was born on July 2, 1957 in Abbeville and she was a resident of Delcambre. She was a devoted mother, a cherished “Maw”, and a natural caregiver whose warmth touched everyone she met. She found joy in the kitchen, where she lovingly prepared meals that brought her family together and comforted many. Known for her unwavering positivity and willingness to help anyone in need, Debbie's heart was as big as her smile. Whether offering a kind word, a helping hand, or a home-cooked meal, she gave herself freely and fully. Her favorite words, “I love you to heaven and back,” are now a promise fulfilled, as she rests peacefully, surrounded by the love she so generously gave in life. Debbie is survived by her loving spouse of 8 years, Donnie Landry; her children, Mike Bourgeois of Maurice (Shantelle), Jacob Renard (Stacy) of Delcambre, and Sean Renard (Angelle) of Delcambre; her adopted child, Jade Ronsonet (Beth); her step-children, Eric Cooper (Angelle Gremillion), Damon Landry, and BrayLynn Viator (Chris); her grandchildren, Drake Bourgeois, Braedon Bourgeois, Lane Renard, Brynn Renard, Gunner Renard, Griffin Renard, and Grey Renard; her step grandchildren, Delilah, Grace, Eansly, Avery, Nathan, and Wyatt; her brother, James Presley "Brother" Griffin; her niece and nephew, Chad Duhon and Melanie Nguyen. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Anthony "Tony" Bourgeois Jr; her second husband, Ricky Renard; her parents, Hazel and James Presley Griffin; her in-laws, Clifton and Nellie Renard; her siblings, Patricia "Boo Boo" Griffin and Brent "Dino" Griffin; as well as her grandchild, Madison Bourgeois. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Angie Jeffers, who helped Debbie tremendously over the last year. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cypress Funeral Home & Crematory, 206 W. Lafayette St., Maurice, LA 70555.
