Rita Marie Darbonne Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Lafayette- Rita Marie Darbonne, 59, passed away on Sunday August 30, 2020 at her residence in Carencro with the love of her life. She leaves to cherish her memory, her love of her life Randy Domingue of 15 years, her daughter Tiannah A Loughlin and husband Patrick, her son Adonis Anastassiades, her brother Joesph Darbonne, her grandaughter Amelia Loughlin and many of friends. She was proceded in death by her mother Therese Mathilde Thibodeaux Darbonne, and her father Adam Ezie Darbonne Jr. Rita was born in Landshut, Germany and was adopted as an infant throught the Catholic Church. She grew up in Oberlin Louisiana. The passing of her mother at very young age made her very strong and independent. Growing up as a tomboy she came to love the outdoors, plants, animals and all mother nature could show her. She was very creative and talented. She loved the outdoors, her flower garden and koi pond, her cat and dogs, fishing, shooting, painting, reading books, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, collecting antiques, bird watching at her Cabin on the lake in Toledo Bend. After college in 1985 she starting working for Omni Environmental Solutions of Lafayette, LA. for 35 years and up until the passing of her life. Because she was so full of Life she will be sadly missed by those who hearts she touched. She gave so much and ask for so little. We all now have a very special angel in heaven.
