Lafayette - Lisa Talabock Wilson, 60, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday December 8, 2020. A longtime resident of Lafayette, Lisa Talabock Wilson was born in Gretna, LA on June 26, 1960 to the late Cyril and Cherry Talabock. She was a 1978 graduate of Lafayette High School, who had a free spirit and loved being outside. Lisa loved spending time with her family. In her free time she also loved to garden, ride the motorcycle with her husband and crochet. Lisa had a special gift of sharing prayers with people who needed it the most, bringing them comfort with the word of the Lord. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be missed deeply. Lisa is survived by her husband John Wilson; son, Sean Talabock and wife Olivia; daughter Danielle Bengtson and husband Todd; sisters Jody Bixby, and Sheron Hebert and her husband Mark; 20 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her son, Cody Taylor and first husband James Taylor.
