Gregory “Roscoe” Bellard

Scott, L.A. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 10th, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Cypress Funeral Home for Gregory “Roscoe” Bellard, who passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 in Scott, Louisiana. Deacon Keith Duhon of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milton will officiate. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 10 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM in the Cypress Chapel. Gregory was born on September 25th, 1957 and was a life-long resident of Scott, Louisiana. He was a proud and loving father and grandfather who appreciated the simple things in life. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, cooking, good food and on occasion getting into a little trouble. He will be dearly missed. Gregory is survived by his loving children, Stephanie “Skinny” Boutte, Ramsey “Biggun” Bellard and Michelle “Queenie” Bellard; his grandchildren, Ethan Boutte, Tra’van Jacquet, Julien Bellard, Olivia Jacquet, and Amani Bellard; his siblings, Joseph “Bernie” Bellard, Gussie Clement, John R. Bellard and James “Tee” Bellard. He is preceded in death by both his parents, Joseph Percy Bellard and Maydel Mary Bellard; his brother, Donald R. Bellard; his sister Janell Pravata; his long-time partner, Delores Galloway Rester.
