Lafayette - A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Cypress Funeral Home in Maurice for Robert C. Webb, age 65, who passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 in Lafayette. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 1:00 PM until service time at Cypress Funeral Home. On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, Robert C. Webb raced into the arms of Jesus as he was surrounded by his loving family. We are sure he saw his wife waving the checkered flag saying, “You have fought the good fight, you have kept the faith, and you have completed the race!” Robert was “the baby” of the large Webb clan. He was an avid NASCAR fan and treasured his trips to Talladega Superspeedway. His first favorite was Dale Earnhardt Sr #3 and then all of his devotion went to Kevin Harvick #29 (and then #4). If he wasn’t talking about NASCAR, he was schooling us on the latest top sports news. He was definitely a music and movie trivia buff. Robert was employed with Our Lady of the Lake as an IT support tech for 16 years. He is survived by his big brother Arthur “Tim” Webb (Kathleen) and his four big sisters: Sharonne “Shonie” Bernard, Linda Savoy (Rick), Margaret “Wezie” LeBlanc (Paul), and Helen “Tiffa” Boutte (Kerry). He is survived by his nephews: Bobby Bernard, Mickey Bernard, Tony Bernard, Kevin Galloway, Danny Dugas, Jason LeBlanc, Mike Webb; his nieces: Amy LeBlanc, Sara LeBlanc, Michelle Bernard, Tanya Watford, Robin Carrier, and Sarah Blair and too many greats to count. He is survived by his Mother-in-Law Tommie Tuttleton, his stepson Jordan Hagen (Nicole), 2 step grandsons and step granddaughter, his brother-in-law Karl Tuttleton, his goddaughter Trinity Nix, his best friend Jake Graves and his constant fur companion, Comet. Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathy Tuttleton Webb, stepson Joshua Hagen, his father Arthur Webb Jr., his mother Marilyn M Webb, his brothers Michael Webb and Terry Webb, and his father-in law Don E. Tuttleton. The family would like to acknowledge and thank the Abbeville General Hospital Emergency Room and ICU Team of nurses and doctors for the compassionate and loving care given to Robert. We would also like to thank Our Lady of Lourdes ICU team, especially his nurse Morris and Dr. Frank Courmier Jr. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cypress Funeral Home & Crematory, 206 W.
