Maurice - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milton for Lucille Baudoin LeBlanc, age 99, who passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Woodbriar Assisted Living in Maurice. Fr. William Schambough will be the Celebrant of the Funeral Mass and officiate the services. Inurnment will be held in the mausoleum of St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Abbeville. The family requests that visitation be observed in St. Josephs Catholic Church in Milton on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. A Rosary will be recited at 11:00 AM in the church. Lucille was born on March 2, 1926, in Abbeville, Louisiana, and she remained a lifelong resident of Vermilion Parish. She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother. Having lived a very full life of 99 years, Lucille found her greatest happiness in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. Lucille is survived by her children, Trula Stoute of Youngsville, Theresa LeBlanc of Maurice, and Chuck LeBlanc of Maurice; her grandchildren, Alison Miller (Craig) of Erath, Jed Frederick (Heather) of Minnesota, Kelli Mathias (Charles) of San Antonio, Kevin Stoute (Amie) of California, Kim Stoute (Kim) of Youngsville, and Clay LeBlanc of Abbeville; her great grandchildren, Victoria, Emily, Olivia, Lauren, Ada, Ella, Anson, Ezra, Ansli, Zeke, Eva, Ellie, Ashton, and Maxx; her great great grandchildren, Graham, Wren, and Tatumn; her sister, Mable Meaux of Abbeville; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Percy J. LeBlanc; her parents, Charles and Alida Baudoin; her sisters, Leona Broussard, Cecile Richard, and Matile Choate; her son in law, Donald Stoute; and her daughter in law, Sara LeBlanc. The family would like to offer a special thank you to Mrs. Lucille's sitters, Dianna Trahan, and Malinda Weaver for the loving care that they offered Lucille during her time of need; as well as the nurses and staff of Heart of Hospice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cypress Funeral Home & Crematory, 206 W. Lafayette St., Maurice, LA 70555.
