Leona is survived by her brother, her children, her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a large extended family who loved her deeply. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ellen and Ralph; her brothers Ed and Mike; and her sister Deb. Her legacy lives on in the traditions she created, the meals she cooked, the things she made with her hands — and in the small bits of magic she left behind: the stories she loved, the comfort she gave, and the reminder that even after the longest journey, we all find our way home. And now, carried by the winds she watched with wonder, she follows her own bright, winding path — steady, hopeful, and finally home.
